[NOTE: Great email from info@kucinich.us website & thanks to Linda [TX] in sharing. I wish to convey thanks to Kucinich and his many supporters for their continued efforts toward all Americans. We here at FOFF honor good, intelligent thinking individuals. Bravo!]

We just lost a very honorable former president with the passing of Gerald Ford. But I DO believe that people like Ted Kennedy, who forgave Ford for pardoning Richard Nixon, merely enable succeeding groups, including those in today's White House who have well-learned the lessons, to rely on the "all-will- (can be) forgiven" policy. Let's see if we can have a STATESMAN in the White House, who will stand behind our Constitution and the rule of law. Mr. Kucinich HAS, indeed, expressed more of my concerns than any others who have entered the political arena; and I KNOW he cannot make the changes himself.

I sent the same message to many other contenders and "explorers." Mr. Kucinich, more than any of the others, has already demonstrated his willingness to walk the talk. I urge him to keep doing so. Yes, I realize that impeachment is a negative process; and just like with Nixon, the media will vilify those who seek to redress the many wrongs that can be credited to the current administration. Quite frankly, the disdain the current officeholder has shown for the American public; to the arrogance he displays to other nations is all cause for great concern. What he has allowed to happen, calling it a War on Terror, has been done to create a legacy, to enrich his cronies, and to spread fascism (government by corporation). His presidency finds me (and many to whom I speak) feeling less safe.
